Delivered Fully Assembled In Just 3 Weeks

We use our own delivery vehicles, ensuring that your new kitchens arrive in pristine condition. We deliver nationwide, and all our kitchen furniture is delivered to site fully assembled. 

Due to the size of our ready-made cabinets, no delivery payment is processed until our sales team have overlooked your order and finalised shipping charges with you via email or phone. This allows us to keep our kitchen prices as low as possible. You also have the added reassurance that your order has been checked for possible errors by our sales team.

– Cabinet orders in the West Midlands area are charged £40.00 + VAT

– Cabinet deliveries outside of the West Midlands are charged £1.20 + VAT per mile from our showroom in Dudley.

– Customers can arrange to collect, only by prior arrangement.

Once your kitchen furniture order has been placed and has been confirmed by our sales team, we will inform you of your delivery day. Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Any items on the order with longer lead times will extend this deliver time, as the whole order will be delivered at once. We can expedite delivery under special circumstances, ask your iPlan designer.

We endeavor to deliver all orders within the specified time frame and 98% of all orders are delivered on time. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances carriers can fail to deliver goods on the nominated day. If this situation does occur, we will notify you immediately we receive notification that delivery is likely to run late. Please note we do not advise you to arrange tradesmen to carry out work until you are in receipt of your goods, and we will not be liable for costs incurred as a result of non-delivery. Each door is individually drilled for hinges, left or right, and our cabinets are delivered fully assembled inside and out ready to install, including factory fitted doors, wirework, pull-outs and bins, saving you time and money on the installation. We can supply at your request, all or some cabinets, particularly the big units and L shape corner units, dry assembled. The fitter can easily assemble the cabinets on site.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods as they cannot be left without an authorised signature. We regret that if nobody is available at the premises, we will have to make a charge for re-delivery. Please note that redelivery charges will be higher due to re-stocking and re-scheduling.

From the delivery paperwork, you will be able to identify and check the items you have ordered. It is vital that you contact us immediately to advise of any discrepancies. In the event of goods being received damaged we will replace them but only if the damage is recorded on the courier’s paperwork or, the damage is reported to us within 48 hours.
